Location: Remote (Based in Florida, multi-state licenses preferred)

Position Overview:We seek a Florida-licensed Nurse Practitioner for a flexible, remote role. Clinical and administrative responsibilities include telehealth assessments, care team leadership, and program management. Experience with operations and business development in a start-up environment is strongly valued. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth assessments and consultations for people with dementia and their caregivers

• Support operational and business development initiatives

• Lead care planning and care team coordination

• Ensure compliance and quality improvement 

Qualifications:

1. Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license (multi-state licenses preferred)
2. Extensive experience working with older adults with dementia across the care continuum
3. Expertise in the management of co-occurring medical conditions in people with dementia
4. Healthcare management, operational, and administrative oversight experience
5. Proven ability to operate effectively in a startup environment
6. Telehealth and technology proficiency
7. Autonomous practice license preferred
8. Business development and networking experience in healthcare
